Opportunity, find and get

Sometimes waiting is the best thing to obtain chance, but more often an opportunity comes when we look for it.

Could the opportunity comes when we wait? Possibly can, and usually come only by incidentally. But if want certainty, go out, in a sense look for opportunities through the preparation that has been planned, like a farmer who is always finding opportunity of the harvest festival, by hoes and agricultural fields, or a doctor, through a long learning outcome.
