Blaming the state

Always blaming the state is an example of someone who was never prepared to face life

Blame circumstances or other people is the easiest thing to escape from responsibility, but as a sign of unpreparedness, such as school children were unprepared for the exam.

Always blame the circumstances indicate lack of creativity that led to the attitude of give up easily, and always run from the situation. And people like this certainly will be the same place, even a lifetime.
