Giving of excess, it was normal and that anyone can do it, but giving of deficiency? Only those high-minded, clean and understand their duties before God as the giver.

Giving of excess, it is very easy, because there is no element of sacrifice there, but the giving of the deficiency? Have to really believe that true wealth is in fact of how much we give.
