Failed, fell even destroyed by mistake, omissions, weakness or lack of self always happen to everyone. Even people of the caliber of Noah, Abraham and David ever experienced it.
Hand of God is never closed, even always outstretched to lift and recover. What should not happen is that we reject Him and remain there in regret, despair or self pity.
